# Human Data team structure

Here is a basic outline of team structure:

## Expert

* Produces high-quality, domain-specific tasks, annotations, or evaluations
* Incorporates reviewer feedback to improve accuracy and quality

## Reviewer

* Reviews outputs for content accuracy, reasoning soundness, and guideline adherence
* Senior domain experts promoted from the expert pool based on consistent performance

## HDM (Human Data Manager)

* Owns pod-level delivery, quality, and timelines, with responsibility for data structure guideline review and adherence
* Manages experts/reviewers and handles first-line escalations

## HDL (Human Data Lead)

* *Oversees* multiple HDMs and enforces quality standards across pods
* Drives calibration, training, and process improvements

## SPL (Strategic Project Lead)

* Owns end-to-end pipeline success and client outcomes
* Sets scaling strategy while balancing quality, speed, and cost
