Anyone can refer a candidate to micro1 using a unique referral link available in the Opportunities tab on the referral platform. When someone applies through that link, the referral is automatically attributed to the referrer.
If the referred candidate is selected, the referrer becomes eligible for a referral payout. This payout is issued once the expert completes the required minimum work threshold on a pipeline (10 hours for hourly-based pipelines or 1 task submitted for paid per task pipelines) and is based on the first role the candidate is successfully matched to, using the payout amount associated with that role.

Once the milestone is completed, the amount will be available to cash out directly from your referral dashboard. Please note that referral payouts are not processed through Deel, but through a separate payout partner.
There is no cap on the number of referrals one can make, and the status of referred candidates can be tracked directly on the platform. All details about the referral program are available here.
