  • Work completed from the 1st to the 15th → paid around the 20th
  • Work completed from the 16th to the end of the month → paid around the 5th of the following month
A couple of important details that often cause confusion:
  • You may receive a notification saying “Your contractor submission is approved” a few days before the actual payment lands.
  • Approvals typically happen around the 3rd and 18th
  • The actual funds arrive to payroll.micro1.ai around the 5th or 20th
  • All payroll is processed in PST timezone, which can shift dates slightly depending on where you’re based
  • For U.S.-based contractors, payments can take +1 business day due to payment method constraints
  • If the 5th or 20th falls on a weekend or U.S. bank holiday, payments move to the next business day
In rare cases, timing may vary by 1–2 days.
