After you meet the minimum certification criteria you will be prompted to complete your micro1 profile and validate your ID. This step helps us ensure a secure, trustworthy hiring process for talent and clients, prevents fraud, and ensures compliance with client requirements. This is handled entirely by a secure third-party provider; micro1 never sees or stores your documents. You can verify your identity using these valid government-issued IDs: passport, driver’s license, or national ID. The document must be unexpired and clearly visible during the verification process. The system requires scanning the original physical ID using your device’s camera. Digital IDs and photos of an ID displayed on another screen are not accepted. If your ID is in English or Arabic, verification is typically completed automatically within minutes. If your ID is in another language, it may require manual review, which can take up to 72 hours. To avoid delays, make sure the name on your ID matches the legal name used in your application. Ensure the entire document is visible, well lit, and not cropped. During the process you will also be asked to take a selfie so the system can confirm the document matches your identity. Please ensure you are in a well lit area, using a plain background, your camera is clean and you are not using glasses or anything else preventing your face from being fully visible. Once you complete this step, you will receive your micro1 certificate, get added to our certified talent pool, and become eligible to get matched with opportunities. You can access these opportunities by receiving invitations as relevant roles become available, and by applying directly to open positions in the Opportunities Portal that match your skills.
