Karma Check is our third party provider used to validate your identity when you sign a contract. This step is normally triggered when you are onboard to a project. Keep in mind:
  • Not all pipelines require the same background check. Even if you’ve completed Karma Check before, you may be asked to complete it again for a different project.
  • Completing this step promptly keeps you eligible for roles with micro1.
