At micro1, we periodically assess expert happiness and proactively seek feedback on how we are doing in leading our pipelines. We standardize responses into an overall Happiness Index, and we use this to iterate on pipeline operations and ensure our experts are as satisfied as possible with their work!

Our leads regularly distribute “Are You Happy” forms asking a series of questions that experts respond to on a 1–5 scale, and experts are also invited to write feedback at the end on what is going well and what they’d like to see improved. This information is fed into our Happiness Model—an AI model that synthesizes several data points about experts’ responses and profiles—to improve our role matching process as well as our operations.
